House of Linen is built on a family textile story that started in 1965. Our grandfather ran weaving factories in Nigeria — separate lines for towels and garments — and grew into a major supplier to England. Our father carried the trade through his own factory in Syria. Today the third generation runs House of Linen across Saudi Arabia and Canada, with the same discipline the family has always sold: hold the spec, hold the color, hold the relationship.

Every House of Linen product is inspected before it ships. If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect — loose or torn stitching, tearing on first wash, incorrect color, or a spec that doesn't match your order — we'll replace it or credit you. Send a photo and your order number to info@houseoflinen.com within 30 days of delivery.
This guarantee covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover normal wear from repeated or commercial laundering, or damage from washing outside the care instructions.

Can we get samples before ordering?
Yes. Samples are $100 plus shipping, and the full sample fee is credited against your first order — so for serious buyers, sampling is effectively free.
